actually, rare did not get on well with nintendo, in fact nintendo constantly had to remind them to "think" like a ninetendo company producing high quality games that were aimed towards all ages, however rare did like to rebel a lot, putting a lot of dark humour, adult themes and sometimes even making 18+ games like conker's bad fur day. so nintendo got pissed off and sold them, then founded retro studios which nintendo like quite a lot, apparantly they lead ness maintenance + "rebel" a lot less

Nintendo has Retro Studios now. Retro is a better company than Rare currently is anyway. The Metroid Prime games and DK Returns are all awesome games from Retro Studios. People need to stop whining and except the fact that Rare will not be the same ever again. We can have hope they will make a Killer instinct 3 or a Conker 2, but MS is using them for Kinect casual games right now. Kameo was their last good game. The Stampers were still involved with that game before they left.

Rare sold themselfs to MS. Nintendo offered Rare a lot of money for another exclusivity deal to be with them, but Rare didn't take it. The Stampers left Rare in 2007 and most the good employees are gone. Rare is a kids game and Kinect game pusher for MS now. MS owns 100% of Rare.

For the Next Stupid Logo video, Conker should cut up the Microsoft logo. He should also cut up the Sega and Nintendo logos. And maybe, he should cut up Banjo and Kazooie too.
1. Nintendo were the jerks who sold him to the dumbasses at Microsoft.
2. Microsoft prevented him from ever being a game again.
3. Sega put Banjo and Kazooie in Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing, but not Conker. He wants revenge on Sega for not letting him in, and vengence on Banjo and Kazooie for stealing his chance.

Conker Live and Reloaded, Banjo Kazooie (XBLA), Banjo Tooie (XBLA), Kinect Sports, Perfect Dark (XBLA), and Perfect Dark Zero are not bad games. @Funkermonster Well, we all said that Rareware due to stay with Nintendo because they made epic games on Nintendo consoles (SNES and N64), games like Conker's BFD, Jet Force Gemini, Donkey Kong 64 (or the country series for SNES), Perfect Dark, Goldeneye 007, Killer I., Banjoo Kazooie and Banjoo Tooie, and some others are way better than the actual Rare games (please, the only good actual games of rare were CBFD remake and Perfect Dark Zero).

Nintendo has Retro Studios now. Retro is a better company than Rare currently is anyway. The Metroid Prime games and DK Returns are all awesome games from Retro Studios. People need to stop whining and except the fact that Rare will not be the same ever again. We can have hope they will make a Killer instinct 3 or a Conker 2, but MS is using them for Kinect casual games right now. Kameo was their last good game. The Stampers were still involved with that game before they left.

@Dogispro Learn your facts. Nintendo had an EXCLUSIVITY DEAL with Rare. Nintendo didn't own them and their deal they had with Rare was expired. Rare could do whatever they wanted at that time. Rare sold themselfs to MS. Nintendo offered Rare a lot of money for another exclusivity deal to be with them, but Rare didn't take it. The Stampers left Rare in 2007 and most the good employees are gone. Rare is a kids game and Kinect game pusher for MS now. MS owns 100% of Rare.
