We need more fun games not crappy games with good graphics like HAZE god that game was shit!We need more side scrollers like this game and others not games with good graphics.I mean just look at the atari 2600 great fun games bad graphics though but fun games.BUt todays gamers when they see bad graphics they don't want to play they think they suck because there to use to there sissy ass 360 and ps3 games (not saying 360 and ps3 are bad systems)but seriosly graphics are not everything!

dude ive been waitting for some one to say that guys... i swear the games now a days arnt really fun the excitment of the games lacks alot and i wonder why people still buy them becuase of nice previews on what they see on tv...i wish sometimes games i loved playing and still play till this day ...that the bigger gamming companys look at what was gamming back then abd bring back the fun... thats something id pay for...

i loved this game which i always played with my neighbour on the mega drive. thing is, its been so long ago, i can't remember if we ever actually completed in. i remember the second-to-last room where you refight all the bosses, but i can't remember the final boss. help??

yeah and final fight has to be a rip of double dragon and sonic is rip of mario and gates of thunder is a rip of Thunder force(it actually is) Dude the only similarity this game has to Final fight is that axel wear jeans and white shirt sameas cody but for the rest dontyou know the diffrence between urban and just a streetfighter in a beat em up version,this game has ore moves,better music and good grahcs,dont know if theyre better.BTW final fight is also on the sega cd.

I've actually played one of the Streets of Rage games, but I think it was the third one with the Kangaroo and the guy with like two robotic arms. Correct me if I'm wrong/

I agree that SoR is better then Final Fight. My favorite SoR was 2. Three kinda killed it because you could play as that robot doctor dude instead of Max which was my favorite character of SoR2.

Streets of rage 2 has to be one of the best beat em ups ever,Why because this has a memory factor over the 1000 there are even websites and hombrewed game,s comics of this and SOR played at its finest the Music stays super and the story is great plus perhaps this is unbeatable until part4 will come some day.Final fight is good but no s.o.r its has limiting moves,just punch kick grab weapon and a super move.I have FF for sega cd and plays to stiff.

The "Classic Game Room" film on the DVD is a complete, stand alone film that incorporates the 10 biggest classic episodes (Alien, SeaMan, Sega GT, Frogger, X-Men, Joust, etc..) If you even remotely enjoy the old school episodes on YouTube you'll dig the DVD.
