I"m trying to get a new sheild since i dont have time to Do Uld or ToC even tho i konw all the fights from a tank PoV. any shield worth getting thats quick and easy? i have Skull of Ruin ATM and i'm not a big fan of it. I'm thinking Barracade of Eternity. but thats it. and plus, even if i wanted the ToC ones, i ahve to have one of either 10/25 achives before i can even go in. so any tips?

If you don't have time to do Uld or ToC, all you can do is Heroics and Naxx. And you don't need a better shield for those places. I don't really see a problem here.

That "weird setup of grid" is just basic Blizzard raid frames. Only addon in this video is recount. ;]

The only ability that I'm clicking in my rotation is spell reflect. I hardly ever use that move, this is just a special fight where it is really handy. Ever other ability I have, besides shouts and long CDs, is bound.
