Why there's a part that the balamb garden hit by missles?

I believe there were two possible outcomes to the mission where you were trying to stop the missions. If you lost, and the missiles were fired, then the garden got hit, and it was game over.

but I'm not completely sure since I did that mission successfully, and never got the losing cutscene.

Nope. its all one cutscene. its looks like Balamb got hit by missles then theres a big explosion then out of the smoke comes the Garden :D

if i recall the missiles fire either way but whether the garden is hit or not depends if you activate the gardens lower section causing it to take off in time

This was really good, the thing I liked the best were those well chosen quotes.Still one thing that I would change would be the ending, I kind of expected some scene with, I don't know, bigger impact? But, aside from that great job!

I see what you mean, but really I was kind of limited with the "big impact" scenes, especially towards the end as I had used almost all of the clips that had any "clash" to them. But I'm actually kind of pleased how the swordfight fit. If you watch carefully, most of the sword strikes line up with the actual beats of the song, which was important to me while making it. Still, I'd love to remake this with a better editing program one day.

Great Video. Enjoyed all the action shots. I used a trial version of some sony product I think...something starting with a 'V' I'm sorry I can't remember more than that, it was a while ago. But check out Sony's website for trial downloads. But I'm sure you could do those effects using Adobe's Final Cut...it just costs and arm...

But really great video...also my favorite version of this song.

ah, I know which clip you are talking about. That happened during the scene where Balamb gets hit by the missiles. You see a brief clip of him turning or walking I think, then that part right as the missiles hit. I did have to slow his part down though because in the real AMV it happens *really* fast.

I actually don't remember the specifics of what was going on in that part lol. Balamb wasn't actually blown up. That was the part where they realized the Garden could move.

look at the first scene of the video I made "Blow Me Away". It's the same scene, but a little more in its entirety.

I was talking about the scene where Balamb actually gets hit by the missles. Check at 0:33, it shows that the garden was clearly hit and destroyed.

I played the game again during the past week to actually see it. Lol. It seems that you need to mess up with the error ratio thingy in the missle base mission. If you maxed the error ratio thing, Balamb is able to dodge the missles shown in, and if you did it incorrectly Balamb gets and hit.

Btw, I checked your other vid. It clearly showed Balamb getting hit. The next scene was when Balamb and Galbadia met, before engaging in a fight. Anyway, that was another great vid.
