You did notice that the trooper driving the patrol car let his passenger trooper side of the car take the brunt of the crash. But even with that, they stopped this moron.

Always say something to the extent of "I'm not in emediate pain at the moment but I don't know what damage may have been caused to my body" Normally, if you try and sue or something due to legitimate injuries, attorneys will come back and read your statement to the officer where he asked if you were OK and you said yes. And now the jury will wonder why you said you were fine before.
