wow-this is just gorgeous! i am so wanting to try encaustics and in four minutes, your video showed me more & made me believe that i could actually DO this medium than anything else i have watched! Can't wait to watch more & try it myself!
@NanaSuzy Thank you very much :) The person singing the song is Janet Jackson and the title of the song is "Together Again" :) I had a lot of fun with this one!
Thanks :) The white wax in this video is beeswax...the colored stuff is Enkaustikos hot cakes. They are pigmented wax. I dont know how you feel price wise, but the pigmented waxes are expensive. I heard from a friend that you could use melted crayons. You could also put oil paint into the melted wax to create the pigment of your choice :) Thanks for watching and thanks for the compliment
Ha! I will trade you ideas, lol. I thought about melting crayons for like a second and then forgot about it until you said something. You know what else I want to try is candles. I bet candles would melt into some really pretty (not to mention yummy smelling) art =D

So vibrant!
The pairing of music (can you tell me who that is?) and your energy and color are a perfect match.
Hope you are having as much fun as we are watching you.
