When verbal warnings fail you have to improvise and in my books it looks like she was in immediate danger and this was totally self defense.

They dropped the charges because the teacher was defending herself against a kid much bigger then her who was cornering her.He was acting like an immature kid licking the glass. I noticed a kid holding him back after he was punched . Where was he when he was in her face ?

@CAtholic29 Ofcourse I notice the size, sex and age difference.. I dont think they dropped the charges because of that because he would of been charged with something right? Licking glass.. thats how this whole mess started pretty sad.. I guess we should be happy that kid did something most adults would of just watched and stared the whole time.. In my opinion even if that kid didnt hold him back he wouldnt have done anything.. screaming in someones face and punching them is too different thing

@TheeAntiChrist2013 Yeah they are some police officers & teachers who abuse their power. Yup I agree with you but not all of them are like that & you can't say she was & let's just say she was taunting him, a guy shouldn't get in a woman's face looking like he ready to hit her especially a 64 year old.He should have higher standards. He could've cursed her out all he wanted but he should've kept his distance. Even if she was in the wrong all that went out the door once he stepped to her.

@TheeAntiChrist2013 -...and what did you do to provoke that? THIS kid provoked her - he was in the face of a 64-yr-old teacher, intimidating her. She warned him, he didn't listen, and he got what was coming to him. LESS than he had coming, you ask me. MY kid? Would have had his hide tanned at home, after inviting the teacher to smack him again, and making him apologize, in front of the school, for his actions. Her actions were self-defense.
