@dickyhart , it is said that todays tv shows, and other forms of entertainment in today's society is turning people's brain numb... people no longer appreciate fine art, good music, etc... These days they need impact, shocking images and shocking sounds...it is no wonder lady gaga is so huge... todays music is not really music... Usually, the people that enjoy simple minds, or classical music or looking at fine art have stronger personality and have not yet been infected by the system.

While I would be happy to bring any one of them home for the night, we've slid a long way from the time when The Walton's was the most popular show on TV. I blame it all on texting. When the language falls apart, everything else follows. We'll soon be grunting to each other around the fire and fighting over the latest animal carcass.

Because this was the stand out track on the album... and even Jim Kerr thinks it's the best one they ever wrote!

I like everything they ever did up to the late eighties then it's downhill all the way...with this exception, and one or two others that I've also liked since. Sadly music like this will never get the chance to be heard these days, because of the limited vision of the ' music police' these days.

Still you can at least enjoy the music of our time thanks to sites like YouTube.

En el 2005 pude estar presente en el Personal Fest de Buenos Aires y precisamente viajé a ver a los Simple Minds, el concierto lo termiraron con este temazo, no lo podía creer.
