He is an ex soldier but that has nothing to do with it. It is possible to get the permit legaly and that is how he got it. His brother has it to but he works for a bodyguard/security agency (though it's his private Glock and permit).

I shot the cz999 skorpion and it has a bit of a muzzle flip, (probably my bad grip) but it is a lovely pistol!
