now although i cant fully comment on the book as i have only read a couple pages and it is incredibly long i conclude that it was probably made in the 18 century [due to the language and time-frame of references] and republished. further more it appears to be the writings of a paranoid person bent on brainwashing people to there point of will because well.. they didnt have anything better to do.
