Seriously, I need to find another copy of the one through four collection--I'm feeling so nostalgic right now!! The third was the first one I was introduced to, and I remember finding the 3rd of the four original floppy disks for this game a year or so ago.
Heh, yeah. Back in the old days it was like "Experience this" and "Meet all kinds of this and that." Commercials for animated movies are still like that today.
I am planning on getting all 5 in their original boxes, except for 1 ega, the first one I ever played was the remake of 1, then 4, then the series, then 5 lol. I just ordered 3 :).

My absolute favorite game series ever! 2-D games were the best back then, especially Sierra games, because they had such a huge advantage over the console systems in that they could have hand-painted backgrounds. But, it's possible to create a work of art in 3-D as well, especially with the new graphical power of both the PC and PS3. Or even the PS2. If you've seen the jungles in Metal Gear Solid 3, you'll see that a 3-D remake of Quest for Glory 3 would be awesome.
Indeed. They just don't make Adventure Games like they used to...or at all.
A 3-D version would work if it didn't go for the uber-realistic look every single friggin game apparently has to be nowadays. What's really sad, though, is that the Wii is perfect for Adventure Games. Finally, a console comes along that fits the genre perfectly, but no one has tried anything yet...With the exception of Zack and Wiki.
True Dat, Furthermore all the colours in games seem to be depressing(GoW,GoW(Gears of War) with uber realitic graphics and a deep storyline, Games like these were good for laughs.
ZaW was good but hey....Im still hopeing for MI5 on the Wii
Yeah, and that's after the video was processed twice (once to capture, once on YouTube) AND it's only 320x200 resolution! Imagine the kind of rich and detailed 2-D game they could make with today's systems... but no, everything is boxy polygony 3D crap.
That's my thought as well. With the power of todays systems they could make 2D games that looked like moving works of art, or fluidly like animated programs. Games like Odin Sphere for the PS2 tells me that it is not a completely lost cause... but I'm not holding out too much hope.
Ah I remember that blue enemy at the end of this vid, one of the more difficult fights in the game! Sierra games were the BEST!!!!

Even after all these years, that trademark theme music still gives me little chills of nostalgia! :D

All the great, classic point&click Adventure games by LucasArts and Sierra...Quest for Glory 3 was another classic. Thanks for posting this Trailer.
