  • Yes, you can use orange or yellow peppers but the flavour will be different.

And I'm not American, I'm Canadian! There are beautiful jarred roasted red pepper from Greece that I often get when peppers are out of season here. With a long winter we can't always get fresh, local, in season but we still need to eat well! (And this sauce is good hot or cold)

  • LOL - only in America. Non-cook roasted peppers, because she roasted them before."Or get them in a jar".

  • can you use orange or yellow peppers?

  • Life in the kitchen is fast paced might as well get used to it.

  • good stuff..going to be making some red pepper sauce from sausage braising liquid this weekend...

going to incorporate the roasted garlic into it...

    cheers

  • Yeah I have an issue with getting a video under 100MB. They have to be short so I do have to rush when I'm taping. I'm still trying to find a way to make them smaller.

  • Still, a lovely recipe. It really does sound nice!

    JM

  • The pace is very fast on this video.

A slower tempo is much nicer.
