You are a maricle brother, a JW who received the truth and and teaches it! I am doing a three part series on three critical areas of Scripture that the WTBTS have altered against the Greek to deny the deity of Christ, the Trinity. You are amazing that you came from being a JW to teaching the revealed nature of God from his Word. Earnestlyseeking you won't ever know how powerful a testimony that you are.
2 points Dann, first, if you look in the NWT in John 12:41 right after the quote you will see a little "k". This takes you to the index of the NWT where it takes you to none other than Isaiah 6:1. The Watchtower Bible itself confirms what you are saying.
Secondly, read Vs 44. this is where Jesus himself confirms what you are saying with "all those who see the Son, see him who send him." Or in other words, when you see Christ, you are really seeing YHWH.
hello sir. i enjoy watching your videos; not because i agree with you on the trinity, but because you are always respectful, and you do not insist that you are always right. personally, i feel that if believing in a trinity was essential for salvation, Jesus would have been more clear on the subject. i do not think being christian requires a person to decide one way or the other on that matter.
@thetruthrover Thank you for your comment. I personally feel that Jesus didn't put a lot of focus on the subject, because he didn't want to bring a lot of attention to his Godship, after all he was human also. And as such he had to set an example for other humans to follow, Hi did an awesome job of it, by honoring his Father and worshiping him. As Paul said to the Philippians, he humbled himself and took the form of a servant.
