@AKaudy Yes I was only referring to the idiots in power. They aren't much better than the States. BUT, yes, as you said, quality of life is far better here. At least where I am. Canada is a very diverse landscape and I have only ever lived near Ottawa so I can't speak for the whole country
I am originally from the USA. I have been living in Canada for about 2 and 1/2 years. It is FAR better here in a lot of ways. Some things I miss about the States, but nothing important enough to bring me back
