Too often we attend church and are luchky if we remember the topic of message, let alone the message.
I remember hearing Rev. West preach in Atlanta, he has a very deceptive delivery . . . when he starts out, you wonder, now where is this man going with this: But all along the path he's providing phenominal examples that tie back into the message beautfully and by the time he's done not only will you remember the the topic but you won't be able to get the message out of your heart. AWESOME!!!
Yes, indeed a worthy demagogue. There is power in such things. Whether it is despicable or not is of no consequence. However, it does seem.. odd, that nobody has yet to challenge his deceptions.
Notice. Each moment he says something that may or may not be true, he swiftly changes the subject in order to gain momentum. This helps him to place something of a "foundation" to the message he wishes to preach.
His closing arguments consist of a single word: "Halleluya!!'
I have heard Dr. West in revival here at home. He was preaching in the Morning revival services and Dr. Charles Booth was in the evening. Most were running to hear Booth, but West came with the Word of God in it's proper manner. This is a real Preacher in the sense that he comes correct, no junk in his sermons. He's alright with me
