I don't understand why she would give him a tiny piece of cake if he had diabetes. I wouldn't do that. When you are diabetic, you can't consume sugar at all... well unless you get low and you need it before you could lapse into a coma. She must have been high that night, her vocals sounded a bit strained and worn down. She has got amazing vocals for the most part. It is sad how the voice fell apart throughout the 1990s
