Out of curiosity, I tried tallying them up.

Starting at 1:51, Mokou says "shinjae" in groups of two, total 2*16=32 times.

Starting again at 3:41, Mokou says "shine" in groups of eight, total 8*8=64 times.

Also, she says Kaguya's name a total of 54 times, 14 times per rant.

But that's the whole point! Mokou can't ever kill Kaguya, no matter how hard she tries, so all she can do is keep pointlessly screeching at Kaguya to die - the idea of the "DIE! DIE!"-shouting is to hammer the point home that Mokou is burning up with hate (heh, burning), and completely powerless.

Back when they were in preschool, Mokou asked Kaguya if she could play with her truck. Cirno told Mokou to catch something on fire, and she caught Kaguya's hair on fire, and Kaguya blamed Mokou, and Cirno dropped out of preschool.
