There is no doubt its a forgery. Its not a scanned copy of an original, but instead an obvious computer manipulated fake. There is so much evidence that its a fake, that it blows the mind. Obama's going to jail for forgery which is a crminal felony offense.

There really are a lot of issues here. Was or is he a dual or British citizen? Did his Indonesian stepfather adopt him and make him an Indonesian citizen as his school records and his fathers divorce records indicate (2 children)? Did both parents need to be US citizens and if not was there a minimum age/stay by the US parent before a certain age? Does he have a Connecticut SS # or not?

@AskHack No the answers are quite simple.

Whether he was *eligible* to be a dual British/US citizen is irrelevant, since he has only ever claimed US citizenship. The Constitution is silent on such matters.

Whether his step father adopted him or not is of no consequence. It wouldn't affect his nationality in any case. Even if his stepfather had gotten him naturalized as an Indonesian citizen, he could elect to retain US citizenship on attaining his age of majority.

@AskHack To add - there is no requirement for both parents to be US citizens, certainly not for birthright citizenship and by all accounts, not for the natural born requirement of the Presidential eligibility clause.

Since the parent didn't need to be a US citizen, how long they resided in the US is also of no consequence.

I guess it helps if you actually look instead of tossing out meaningless conjecture.

You have a document with the green patterned background, yet you have also perfectly matching green pattern background with the curl. You can not make this unless you have two separate green pattern background perfectly matching each other and then scanned. Are you this stupidly blind or doing this just for the heck of it? Which part did the "light" hit? Read my question carefully. Do you see the curl? Why is it in the middle of the page? A page curl means it is a separate document. You have a page curl within the page itself, meaning the text background containing the curl is separate entity compared to the background that holds the document itself. You probably still don't get it, do you? Why don't you actually do a video and actually scan to recreate this phenomenon.

@ExpeIIedExposed Anyone with half a brain can see that the background does not line up - sides verses birth certificate - so one must assume that the copier laid it on a 8 by 11 paper matching the original bc. I am not from Brighton Beach where you can sell someone anything - so I don't automatically think that someone was scamming. There were two pieces of paper used when copying this bc to keep the assure the edges were not destroyed. It was not a great copy job as we can see.
