no leash is needed for children what is she going to do if she runs for the road jerk the leash try walking next to her and pick her up if she heads for the road or wait maybe she needs a shock collar when she is grown she will be a dominatrix so she can chain people up
I was introduced to the harness/leash when I was 3. I got a kick out of running off, until I was harnessed, and then struggled in it until I learned to stay with my parent/caregiver. Then the leash was taken off unless I ran off again. Later in life, I trained my kids the same way, and no one was traumatized by it.
I think it's hilarious how many clueless idiots out there think I'm abusing & degrading my child by having a safety harness on her. God help us all if people like you end up having kids of your own! The harness is obviously for her safety...to keep her from running out into the road or away from us...which trust me, all kids go thru this phase! My 2 year old now thinks it's a funny game to run from us, which incidentally gets her a butt swat too! Isn't that considered abuse also? Idiots.
They're for safety you idiots. That kid sees something pretty and goes running out into the street, you want to move fast and pull her back. I'm a firm believer in these safety harnesses, they help keep children from getting killed. They aren't treating her like a dog, does she look mortified or pissed off? Is she acting that way? No! I would rather see a kid in a harness than in a casket or on the news missing.
@soakley456 yup and that is why this is called a Safty Harness! not a dog leash! it is for her safty, I personaly had to get one for my little girl that would run away from me and hated being in a stroller/shopping cart, holding my hand or being held and this was the only way that I could let her be free but still be able to stop her from running away. my daughter got to pick out her Backpack that she wanted and we tryed it on her at home and she liked it! and she liked being Free from me!
I'm okay with child leashes, but the title "Trinity goes out for a walk." makes it sound like you're taking a dog out for a walk, lol.

It's not like she's yanking her child around or dragging her along.
Without the leash she would have to hold her hand and then the kid would have even less freedom.
