where i live, we collect water by getting a giant steel bucket about elephant size, then we put it in our home and there is a fress tube conected to it and so we wait for rain and it fill the bucket up :D

No, they're advertising National Geographic. They take pictures and write articles - you even see the page layout at the end of the video for the article written on this. You should check out their magazine's sometime; the photography in the mag's are works of art.
