Yes indeed. I did like the new Tomahawk album. My favourite Patton stuff would be all the Bungle albums and some Faith No More albums. I also like the Fantomas Director's Cut album. It's also hard to see all he does in Australia because we don't get as much underground music as other countries.

Could be, but Wikipedia says that Patton got married in 1994. Carla's bio says she toured with Billy Idol on his Charmed Life tour, which was 1990-91. Doubtful that they went out while he was married, so must have been before.
