@CelticTears101 Oh yeah, you didn't know? It was called Old Possums Book for Pratical Cats, I think, and it was illustrated by Edward Gorey. I found it at an old store once and when I was like 9 tried to do a book report on it. For some reason the teacher wouldn't allow it. :)

@CelticTears101 yes. the entire show is t.s. eliot's poetry. now, i don't know if it's that andrew loyd webber took the poetry and put it to music (like it's word for word) or not, but yes, there is a book. it is called Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats, written in 1939. (according to wikipedia)

Er idk lol i dont think they are. Munkustrap is like the 'Pretector' of the tribe. He keeps the younger kittens away from grizabelle and macavity. There was a time when i thought they where mates to. i guess ill have to look it up

@Scream5201 Macavity and Demeter probably had a thing, but he probably wanted to take her for ruining him plan, when Munkustrap and Macavity try to fight for Demeter, Alonzo comes in to take her away from Macavity and make her safe. And many believe that Demeter and Munkustrap are mates, because he shows more affection towards her than the other Queens and kittens. :) I hope that helped. :D

My fave musical!! First got into it when i was 7 im now 17. When it was still on in London, i saw it at least 8 times!!! I still know all words to every song, plus all the dances! First time i went, i was wearing a hat. The cats was going around the audience and one of them hit my hat down. Best memory!! Love this musical sooooo much!

i was once in a bar in blackpool celebrating st georges day in the queens hotel showbar, and there was a dance troupe there only three of them, but they were ace...they were called feline fever... i recognised the bloke.. and i got talking to them in the bar... it turned out to be the rum tum tugger from this video, and two of the other cats!!

Yes, but when I saw the show when I was about 6 or 7 (I can't remeber exactly becuse it was a vary long time ago sense I'm 22 now) I didn't get scared or have nightmeres like I did with Jacobe Marly when I was 6 (hated his voice just like fingernails on a chokboard for me).
