That's an unreleased lock-on technology peripheral for the Genesis. After the failure of the CD and 32X, Sega thought it best not to release this add-on. Probably a good call.

Heh heh. The wrong music kinda reminds me of a couple of old British adverts for non-Sega things where they would show someone playing a Game Gear but it would have Mega Drive music coming out of it.

I remember they used to have Thomas the Tank Engine Spaghetti Shapes in the UK, but sadly, the adverts for those were shit, whereas this ad is pretty cool :)

The cheese variation was wonderful, but I avoided the stuff with meat. The only problem I had was that the sauce was too sugary.

That's my problem with name-brand canned "pasta" as well. The sauce is some neon-brown syrup, and tastes nothing like even the cheapest pasta sauce. Store-brand and generic canned "spaghetti rings with meatballs/franks" are so much more palatable. Dare to compare! Buy a can of each, and see which tastes better.
