The term of "Latino/Latina" is a totally Eurocentric discourse. It takes the side wholesale of the Spaniard colonizer's agenda, identity, language, interests.
It is a sad irony that Mexican-descent women should cling so ferociously to the Spaniard's semen by deferring to the Spaniard rapist's cultural authority instead of a people who are Indigenous based upon predominant DNA, geography, hemispheric culture, and ancestry.
Ask Lou Dobbs if wants to round up white Spaniards or Browns (Indians).
