They're fake. Real breasts aren't perfect circles. She's also too thin in the upper body to ever have breasts that big.  (The size of breast tissue is determined by how much fat is deposited. It is extremely unlikely that someone who is thin everywhere else, particularly in the upper body, is going to have an anomaly of large breasts.) It doesn't match the rest of her chest but suddenly juts out. They're as phony as a 3 dollar bill.

Ok, I am confused. When I learned Bellydancing (Danse Oriental) I was taught that the moves and costuming were to be demure. Yes, sensual, but when I log onto alot of these middle eastern bellydance TV shows, most of these women dancing look, dress and dance like strippers. I agree that styles are different, but Didem's elegance is mostly "showy," in my opinion. She appears very trained the way westerners perform to demonstrate technique. This dancer also has excellent grasp of technique, but does not have that "performance air."
