2. After Nov. 30. Must use the card and play a game/match in MW3.

@MisterIHoward I have a similar issue, I bought HARDENED EDITION so as I understand it, I didn't have to worry about the 13th Dec time limit. 2 Days ago I entered my ELITE PREMIUM membership code on the XBOX console and it said "this code gives you 1 year cod elite blah blah" When I went on ELITE on my XBOX it said "You are now an ELITE member.. blah blah.." But when I go on ELITE on my pc it says I am not PREMIUM. And on mw3 it said I am not premium I have waited 2,5 days wtf? :(

@TrickSh0tMasterz What you can try is going into Elite through MW3, by choosing Elite in the Multiplayer menu (and downloading/installing it if you don't have it). After that, go to "MW3 return" in the app, and check your titles/emblems. Hopefully it is there!

@livebythecreed1000 Premium is good, but founder is just basically an upgrade for all those who signed up early. It is simply a reward for all the "die-hard" fans of CoD. You can only get Founder if you have premium too, so I suppose with that being said Founder is better.

If you have a MW3 Hardened Edition you can use the 20-digit code included on the back of the Call of Duty Elite Founder card to add Founder benefits to your Premium account on the site beginning on December 13th, 2011.

So we have to wait like a week or something :)

@kemniks If you have bought premium on PS3, go to account management, then transaction management, and then running services. If there is CoD Elite Premium in there it is activated. If you bought it and activated it after November 30, unfortunately you don't get Founder status.

@Catchyscissors ok, if you have purchased premium after nov 30 you dont get founder status through that. You need to find the place to activate the code on the back of the founder card you get in hardened edition.

As for clans, I don't think they are working yet, you need to speak to the people on the website for that. I can't help you. sorry man.

@KiLlAdAvE191 Happy to answer any questions! If you redeem the code on your Founder booklet, then you will not need the Founder card any more.  You will get Founder status as long as you redeem that code TODAY. Any later and yes you will need that little black card. Don't give it away just in case, but you should not need it.

@DirtyBastardish That is very unusual! As long as you have played a game of multiplayer and have done everything necessary to activate Founder status then I don't see why you shouldn't have it. You should probably contact the people at CoD Elite and see what is up.
