a 0:41 that safe is fucking weird... if you pick the lock on it and take everything out it will say empty theres some pre war money on the top if you have some patience you can find theres like 2 safes in one? is it just like a glitch or waas it put there?.

you miss dead money skillbooks and also the reward at helios one

( I have 6 skillbooks shown,big books of science.good guide,but miss total 11 skillbooks,In my perfect walktrhough i show ALL skillbooks and also how to max your character and also all weapons,,then i mean ALL normal weapon ,all upgrades and all unique.finish all quest inclusive all unmarked also..Also show how to get max point from level 2(15 points) then 17 points from level 4.

skills are at max.(level 35)

A hint .and stop trash talk..i say your guide was good..but you should at least make a upgrade..and the reward book was there from day 1 i guess.about how good i'm yes im fuckin' good i garantee i have as many point as you can get ..i manage finish all quest..also unmarked quest,,so i have all 58 perks..my character is maxed out.all weapons ,upgrades,and i never trash talk my viewers like you.hint 2

Actually, science is the only exception. If you choose to restore power to the entire region (not emergency output) during the quest "That Lucky Old Sun" Ignacio Rivas will give you the fifth Big Book of Science as a reward along with some medical supplies and Followers fame. So, if you can pick the door in REPCONN and you take Comprehension perk you can get 20 points in science just from reading.
