@SHADOWPLAYROCKnROLL slash showed up drunk/high whatever...he was friggin there. he bled guns n roses. his heart was gnr but after a while it wasnt gnr anymore. he moved on i hope they all can move back to that band that i grew up on and idolized
personally I think izzy and axl contributed both their own separate parts in the band that made Guns such a success. so if either one left including slash, the band wouldn't be like it use to. but i read the bio book of GN'R and izzy left the band because everything was getting too big and he never wanted that. but the band wanted to get big and thats unfair to leave them. especially since he was a big part of GNR. and axl begged him to not leave but izzy did his thing. and so did GNR after izz
i dont want to start anything but i dont think axl should put out another record as guns n roses... that chapter is over... finish the book while it is good dont drag it out.. im sorry but i thought the new album sucked. gnr is in your face hard rock with balls.
@metalheadsmith The new album just did not do it for me. It is cool Axl brought in Bucket head to work with the band when they were touring a few years ago. Bucket head is one bad ass on guitar. No one will ever be able to touch Guns N Roses. If the members could put aside their past disagreements then the band could get back together. I think that Velvet Revolver broke up since STP got back together. You never know GNR could get back together one day.

@tasdox1 dude...this new GnR sucks...Axl is a total tool...GnR, with original line up, was HUGE....they were the greatest of their genre....but that's in the past...GnR is gone...and will never be restored to it's former glory...Axl is a sad, crazy little man...he didn't make GnR on his own...it was the cumulative efforts of the entire band...Axl is the only one left now...no way can he recreate that...He needs to let GnR rest in peace....
