Now the Supreme Court does not even apply real tests of the Constitution or logic to their opinions. Guys like Scalia, Roberts, Alito and Thomas... they just pull ConLaw out of their a&$... they rule in favor of the rich and powerful at the expense of the normal individual in almost every case. Justice Roberts is like an umpire... an umpire who pisses on the common man and could care less about the Constitution. Elections are a states rights issues unless we need to select a Pres.
