Dude i have probelm , my game runs smooth but the trees and bushes that are on the mountains in the race , start of game , thy keep on blinking , they do not go past stable! thy keep on blinking

It's fucking weird this game doesnt even have anti-aliasing in it! I can't turn my resolution over 1280x1024 because my screen wont support it, and with the lack of anti-aliasing, result = looking like 2005 game. The graphics are similar to most wanted.

@hyungwoo0312 it's not about them being "different," it's the fact that when you're drifting around a corner you have as much control over that car as a chinese monkey has over the Google stock prices.

It's like the car is on a crappy auto-pilot most of the time.

@orsations They are as good as they can be. Racing games are a paint with the keyboard. They could have made the steering less sensitive but then it would be a pain in the ass at tight corners... especially since it's an arcade game.

I admit the controls aren't great but they are far from bad.

@tudythegangster You're missing the point. In that game you could feel the car and drive it properly. In this game the car has its own mind and what you can do with it is very limited. Corner drifting (which is a must in pretty much every corner) is half scripted, car physics are out of whack...

@orsations I see what you mean... it's very arcade. IDK the only problem I noticed with the controls is that it's incredibly hard to go through the roadblock gap and get back on the road in case you crash and the game doesn't reset you...

Anyway this game has problems.

@tudythegangster Compared to a fast driving title like NFS:Underground (which had arcade driving too) the driving in this one has no precision. Those cop missions in which you have to get to the destination in a certain time without hitting anything are a pain in the ass. lol

@orsations Umm... yeah actually this game is pretty difficult overall. Burnout Paradise used rubber band too but there it worked in the player's favor, NFS HP and MCLA use the kind of rubber band that makes the game incredibly frustrating.

I still got all the gold medals tho BWHAHAHAHA and now I'm bored of the game...

Oh and about the rubber band thing, it happens because the wheels don't straighten up quickly enough (use side view and look at the wheels during turns). Why they did that in a game that's clearly arcade is beyond me though. lol

@orsations I got the gold too, but after spending at least 10 minutes at each race... don't know about you but opponents speeding past me at the finish although they have a weaker car and mine is running flat out doesn't really seem fair to me... and that happens a lot.

Also what annoys me in this game is that stupid game moments / crash camera. It was a piece of shit in Burnout as well but here it made me fail / crash a couple of times.

The only races I've had to try a 2nd time to get gold were the cop ones where you had to get to your destination against the clock without crashing into anything. racing/catching racers were like taking candy from a drunk baby

@orsations Yeah the time trials / rapid response were a pain. The races were a bit frustrating, and the Hot Pursuit / Gauntlet / and others were fine, I wouldn't mind replaying those if they were f*ckin' listed god damn it.

Tbh the game would stay entertaining for longer if they would bring back the race customization from NFS HP2, NFS High Stakes etc... pretty much every other game has it.

NFS is not the first franchise that keeps getting worse with every new version while the devs claim "improvements." I know it's from a different genre, but just look at Gothic - it went from epic to cheap kiddie garbage.

Game devs worldwide need to have their heads checked.

A lot of modern games are aimed towards users who've never played any games before, so they're dumbed down to pathetic levels (e.g. the scripted corner drifting in this game).

This level pissed me off, on PS3 there's a trophy called Flight of the Bumblebee and when you beat this level with a yellow camero ss you get the trophy but after you beat it with a yellow camero, you don't even get the trophy.. It pisses me off...
