I own one of these and it is not meant to go fast, or underwater obstacles would present a big problem. It's meant to maneuver your way, along with all of your gear, up or down a river that is too shallow for other craft.
yea, they are- you just can't put dive tanks and weights in 'em + honda is a lot better motor. don't know how the surfango does in a creek with rocks- a big rock hit in a plactic mokai is just a bump. a big rock hit on fiberglass is a fracture with a major repair or possibly a junking.
