Although Bobby is white-washed, I'm pretty sure he can differentiate between each ethnicity (Korean, Chinese, and Japanese). Also the cast is not ignorant enough to have done this without full knowledge of what they were doing. They have other Asian skits that pertain to only one race as well (the Korean drama, the Blind Kung-fu Master, etc.) This is obviously done intentionally and to be funny. Maybe I'm misreading your comments, if so, then sorry for the mistake lol.
