Great video. It took me less than half an hour to replace the digitizer on my T849 thanks to this. Nice tip about the heat gun too. If you use a standard heat gun, don't get it too hot. Heat the top of the tablet slowly, you'll know you've got it hot enough when your knife goes through smoothly and the digitizer doesn't crack anymore than it already has.
What kind of adhesive is used to re-attach the new digitizer. I bought the glass, but it didn't come with adhesive. Use e.g. superglue? Or maybe the soft gasket around the display melts and becomes the adhesive under heat?
