He was the most lovely guitarist, he made blues sound so simple, his hands were so huge he could play easy, Woodstock was huge for him. I loved him in the 60s when he played it with his teeth upside down and left handed as per usual. COOL.

There is not one single song of Hendrix that I don't LOVE. Every song is unique and different every time it is played, while retaining the basic melody. Hendrix was so ahead of his time, no one has yet to match the legacy he left behind.

I´ve heard that Lady Gaga was a child "prodigy" or some shit like that. That she learnt to play piano at five and can play Mozart and stuff. Ok I respect that. But she seems not to understand that the music is not "a business". Here´s a man that made music with his feelings, dreams, passion and love boiling though his veins. This is what a musician has to be. That´s why Rock was born. Lady Gaga will never come to Hendrix, or The Beatles or David Bowie, no matter how hard she tries to copy him.
