Right at the end--around 3:20--where you were paused at the light, if you hung a right there it would take you to into gate 19, a kind of back way into Yongsan Army Base. That intersection there was a favorite stomping ground of mine...lots of cool little shops and food vendors. I actually recognize one little building (none of the high rises were there).
That stretch of road there was completely under water after the Han river flooded in the summer of 1972. The water came all the way into my neighborhood (off to the right of the screen).
