Defining human intelligence is difficult as well. Two people can have widely different skills at problem solving, each excelling in a different skillset.

I did not mean to imply that the tests give random results. I said that they tend to be biased in favour of certain cultures and certain skills in those cultures. That is why some cultural groups do less well on these tests.

If it's difficult to make a test that works with different HUMAN cultures, how difficult must it be to test other species?
