  • Thank you, I am exercising at home and have read that single joint exersises are not as effective. I love my stability ball and this exercise will help a lot.

  • You would include this as part of your leg workouts. As far as results you should see improvements from workout to workout in terms of being able to do more reps, use better form, etc.
