There is a brand new bill on the table on protection for older workers against age discrimiation. People who are over 40 should contact their legislators in Washington to make sure that the Age discrimination law has some teeth so that each time a Fortune 500 gets outof line with age discrimination, the law would see to it that Fortune 500 never does it again.
All excellent points. Employers always say we are EEO. But lets see research on how many 40 year old mangers have actual hired people older then them. I doubt any records our keep. But all one needs to do is see the facts. And the facts I see is few managers every hire anyone older than themselves.

Sure age discrimination is against the law but I can't think of a case were it's been decided that a company has discriminated against somebody.
