  • I just wanted to give you a tip i learned from a buddist monk that was over 60 that has done peace walks (long distance, like coast to coast 30 miles a day walking). well anyways she gave me this tip when i was fasting for spiritual reasons on the walk i was on with her. she told me to sqeeze lemon slices n the water and then to put the lemons in the water to help add alkaline. this might also help you with nausia anyone else is experiencing. :)

    also dont forget to have natural sea salt to lick

  • Great video bro!! I love your updates. Just a friendly word of advice. This may sound stupid but you should be eating more. I myself had great results with weight lose when I depleted my food intake, for a couple of weeks, but then my body plateaued. I weigh 210lbs and I am required to take in 3000-3500 cals a day (which I find hard!) The more you work out, the more your body needs or you will be tapping into that precious muscle fiber instead of your fat storage. Keep bringing it Bro!!!

  • I am going to have to do that. A lot of people have been saying that and the last two days I have started to become tired early in my workouts. I counted it up and I am only eating 2000 calories approximately. I can't really think of any cheap ways to add calories that are healthy though. Any advice?

  • P90X is awesome keep up the good work! I would add more protein in your diet. In addition to the handful of almonds drink a lean protein shake.  If you do not have protein pumping through your body every 3 hours you will lose muscle along with the fat. P90X is extreme and you have to eat enough food to burn the fat & not the muscle. I eat six times a day and starting to get shredded. I would not be able to handle the workouts without food.

  • Yeah I have been eating six times a day and I take a whey protein shake after work outs but I have noticed that I am more tired the last couple days during the work out so I am going to try to add some more healthy calories. Thanks!

  • haha I know exactly what you mean. All day yesterday I kept thinking about having to do plyo that evening. But the good news is it is only one hour and ANY ONE can do ANY THING for one hour. That is funny you said that though because that is exactly what I was thinking about every Friday for me! haha

  • it was a joke dude, it comes from puking it all up. Clearly some of the calories will be absorbed by the body before puking up your booze....but it wasn't intended as a serious comment :)

  • OMG lol that is funny. Yeah it is true to a point (even though it is an expression) because I threw up after drinking the nights that i drank so I probably cut out atleast half of the calories!

  • Youre looking better. I can eat the same thing every day too. My diet is similar but no bread. No bar but I have a chocolate protein shake. I'm noticing more energy too.

  • your doing great bro, glad to see your so dedicated! im so mad bro, i hurt my knee agian and i havnt been able to work out for 3 days, its feeling alot better and im gonna attempt to work out tonight..but im not gonna go hard for atleast the next day or so, and then when its 100 percent agian, its make up time bro. i cant wait, im so pumped, i lost 9 pounds my first week and am so pumped to keep going!!! glad to hear your doing great man!! keep bringing it!!!
