what if you landed on your lower back, butt really hard but there was no bruise on the outside? I don't have much pain but I definately can't skateboard. I can walk and sit fine too and it's only on the right side of my lower back.
Yes, these exercises can definitely prevent flareups. Again, beware...
these exercises are meant for non-back pain sufferers... not as a means to alleviate back pains. These exercises are advanced moves. Consult with doctor first, esp if you have had back pain in the past. A graduated program is best. I will be posting more videos soon, also for current back pain suffereres.
Some good exercises there!Would they reduce the chances of a flareup of sciatica?im a bodybuilder in uk and have been really struggling with my lower back recently.just had to take 2 week off work with the pain.I would really appreciate a reply because i dont no what else to do.thanks!

These exercises, I repeat, are if you are pain-free. If you are suffering... consult with a doctor first, and if appropriate... only do supine, on your back, gentle stretches. I will post more vids for that purpose.

juannyboil, even without a bruise... a fall like that could have resulted in a fracture... go see your doctor and get it x-rayed.
