I can identify with this. I used to do this when I was a kid. The park near my house had almost all impacts, but they've since then replaced them all with gear-driven sprinklers.
also that is a high pressure system and they are using a impact head that means they make the clicking sound when rotating a residential head will not make that sound they are silent when rotating and will not throw water as far as a commercial or municipal system do to house hold pressure
Keep in mind that you can't use rotors on a reclaimed water system with out a filter (such as a media filter) due to alge and such. Only problem is that filters=pressure loss.
