I'm masculine but like the thought of bottoming more.  I like the thought of another guy getting off on my ass. Also, the reason tops are selfish is because many of them may be bisexual or str8. I think sex role mentality isn't all about if you're feminine or masculine, it has a lot to do with body types/shape, and confidence and personality. I'm mostly masculine but some people can pick out subtle signs that I'm gay, slightly above average height at 6', and not skinny with a small frame but I'm mostly a bottom. I have a hard time meeting tops because of that, as well as being an independent and confident person. Tops seem to like submission and there's an element of competition.

Ok, I couldn't wait to get to the end of this vid so I could post my response. Aaight, my theory:

Point 1 - (A lot of) masc dudes are not out, and are not trying to be out.

Point 2 - (A lot of) masc dudes can't really be approached by other guys because A) they deny their same-gender attraction for fear that you might be faking it just to figure them out OR B) they prefer to be the hunters as opposed to the hunted.

Point 3 - These guys prefer to be the hunters, but they don't hunt each other because it's "harder to tell if a masc guy is gay" (yes, I'm rolling my eyes too), thus raising the risk of accidentally coming on to a straight guy who might put out ALL the biz . . .

Point 3 (Conclusion LOL) - the masc guys end up with the fem guys because there is no fear that the effeminate guy might NOT be gay -- so basically it's "safe" to the masc guy, cuz he sort of expects his secret to be safe with the fem 1
