  • @ruthiearg STRETCH STRETCH SSSTTTRREEETTTCCCHHH! lol....You want to STRETCH thouse muscles and strengthen those abs as MUCH as you can.....it will bring them higher and make them even...work on keeping tht back staraight to....What I do is tell mysel....bring your LEGS up to your ARMS and theyll come to you...if you REACH for your legs...your arms go FASTER then your legs causing the bent back and uneveness...and they dont get high either! Hope I helped!

  • tip for your jumps to get them higher cause the higher you get the farther you can get your legs up: bend down far before your jump, of course not like to the ground but if you bend down farther and really push off your jumps will make a huge difference (:

  • In a toe touch, try making your knees go up or even towards the back wall, they go higher and you hit an actual straddle.

  • same problem most girls have, no verticle lift. You just gotta get that ass higher in the air. You are only jumping about 8-10" in height. Looks and feels like more cause your legs are coming up, but that doesn't matter. Watch the video and see how high your waist/head goes over stationary, not much. Work on the lift, the rest will be easy.

  • good jumps but you lean forward too much especially on your front hurdler

  • Yor problem is your prep. lap, high V, swing your arms down infrount of you than jump.

  • yep jus keep on workin on flexibility and height and they'll get better : ) you're tight in your jumps and have good form...usually thats the last thing to come...good job

    and also, i always put my arms in a "T" for herkies...do em however you feel comfortable though unless your team has a set way of doing them...

    her jumps arent suckish. they are pretty good. youd probably notice if you werent so busy shooting videos of people getting their belly buttons pierced. jsuk :D

  • i had better jumps then that. her jumps are ok.. but like i said, mine were better.

    and i didnt film those videos. my boyfriend did and my friend, whos the one getting pierced, wanted me to upload them so she could put it on her myspace. dont talk shit when you dont know what youre talking about.

    Hi, you're actually a jerk. I bet you cant even do any of those jumps. And that criticism sucked. I'm a cheerleader also and from i could tell those were pretty good. So stop getting on her ass, shes probably a better cheerleader than you,

    other than hight, get your self soportive shoes if you havent already youll injure your ankles.

    youre not landing at all in the right way, legs together, and bend your knees, then tighern up dont seperate your legs when you stand clean and hands by your side 8-)

    oh and last thing. on your first jump i think it was a herkie, it was horrible, in a herkie your hands should NEVER be in a "T" they should always be out in front 8-)

  • 1. You can do jumps without shoes and be fine.

    2. She looks like shes a cheerleader so calm down.

    4. She is probably working on her landing.

    5. And arm motions can be anyway you want. It is what the cheerleader prefers. I do my herkie in a T too and I have been cheering for 6 years.

  • i think her jumps ;look fine and ive been cheering for 13 years and im on and all american team k first of all he height is fine her landing was shaky but no ones perfect she mostlikely workin on her landing and seconde u can do jumps with no shoes on if ur on a spring floor but if ur on reagluar ground it would be safer to wear shoe just to prevent any damage u should really do yr homework terrierfarkinstarve before if u judge someone else u probly cant even do a herkie!
