  • Great song, cant find it anywhere else on YouTube. I remember that Telethon blast from the past. At the very end of this clip, it went to another band i think was called 'A House' another super song, can you upload it???

  • best irish band ever..hope we get plenty of re union gigs..HURT INSIDE what a song

  • Where do you start these boys did it week in week out and got done over. If there is any karma they will make a fortune out of the reunion tour and maybe someone will take note and give them the worldwide fame they deserve.Along with Something Happens, The 4 of Us, Cactus World News, In tua Nua, The Little Fish, An Emotional Fish,Aslan and others they made my college life. I remember seeing them at 7 Bands on the Up. None of the new Irish bands come close. "Everything that rises has to fall"

  • it's weird, so many gret bands playing EP and te band I'm most looking forward to is the Stunning

  • I agree with Punchbear. The 80's were great times for Irish bands. It's a pity the record companies didn't realize that at the time. So much productivity & so little takers. Ireland WAS & still is full of musical talent. Here are some of the 80's bands that had real talent - AUTO DA FE, IN TUA NUA, FOUNTAINHEAD, CACTUS WORLD NEWS, LIGHT A BIG FIRE, LES ENFANTS & THE BLADES etc.....PS: If anyone has any AUTO DA FE recordings or vids - I'd love to have them.... The rare auld times Eh!!..........

  • Did i follow these lads the length and breath of the country and did I think I was going to die when they split up ?!?!?!? Yes I did !!!!!!!!!!! STILL THE BIGGEST STUNNING FAN EVER -SEE YE LADS IN DECEMBER - I will be the one on the walking stick

  • Class band, really great songs, half past two, heads, everything that rises, love to see them get together for another concert.

  • Was that a kind of Golden Era for homegrown bands? Something Happens, The Stunning, Power Of Dreams, Therapy?, Whipping Boy, The Golden Horde, Pet Lamb?

  • Class Band seen them around 15years ago in Strabane Co Tyrone, my first real Gig-seen them in Galway Last year when they reformed every song pure class....."be honest and fear not"

  • yay Ireland

  • Once around the world still rocks. Just bad timing I'm afraid for the boys . How many bands have come out in the last two years or so doing what The Stunning boys were doing years ago when I had a life!!!!!! Still have me T- Shirts !!!!!!!!!!!!! WOhhhhhhhh

  • My God the craic I had following these lads the length and breath of the country!!!!! Those were the days. Travelling on Rogers bus from Navan to Athboy everytime they played - great times. Still love the boys

  • The greatest Galway band to never come from Galway! :) every Irish cover band should have a few of The Stunnings songs in their repertoire

  • Practically every cover band in Ireland has "BREWING UP A STORM" in their set. A pure classic - 'Stunning'. I wish they would re-record it with a big production sound that todays technology allows & then rerelease it. There is always room to make a brilliant song better.

  • lol.......why does everyone in 80s dance like that!...fair play to them gettin out there

  • Great band great song. Should have been huge!

  • couldn't say it better myself!

  • Fantastic, I was at this and totally forgot about it!

  • i either didn't exist or was only a few months wen that was on...seen the walls a month ago and steve and joe definitely look better now

  • great band indeed, loved them to be honest,i was nine for that telethon,i remember gay byrne selling his gammy jumpers for charity,oh the memories,i remember the video for that song also

  • Steve's a great guy, he mentored my band. The Stunning deserved to make it outside of Ireland, wish Steve and Joe all the best with The Walls.

    Absolute Legends.

  • God bless your ears...but no - RTE transmitted no more (at least not on this broadcast)
