  • The woman is shocking and the he's tipping H-E-L...

  • The last scene shows why Lau cherishes the song and why he put it in his safe because it brings back his 1st memory of Yan, which shows Yan being his good nature & helping him get a stereo system without being ripped off.

This shows that the good nature of people will triumph over bad nature of people because even tho Lau won the battle and lived, he still couldn't face his memories & himself.

This is what is meant by the title in the beginning of the series. The references to "Continuous Hell"

  • The song where the woman sings is

The Forgotten Time by Tsai Chin

and the song at the beginning Goodbye Master Goodbye

but how the piano part called at: 7:50 till 9:25

    Sorry for my bad english

  • the departed is the great movie

dont fucking try to sound intellectual by saying you like the original more

    die hipsters die

  • yeah the american version sucked chinise verison is good i think this is a japense production tho

  • this film is pretty good, even the best one where at this film give tall emotional feel our under into hard a thought to bellow who good person and who the evil one person. and it all will most answering at internal affair 3, but seems to be extant be character that was emerging. what will there is continuing film "INTERNAL AFFAIR 4?????"

  • the best thriller ever to me, even better than ronin, and that was already a awesome movie..but this trilogy takes it all...sometimes i listen to the music of this video i have tears in my eyes :')

  • What's the song at the end? The one played by the sound system, sung by the women

  • @SomethingAwesome19XX 蔡琴 - 被遺忘的時光 This song is well known in audiophile community.

  • What's the song at the end? The one played by the sound system, sung by the women

  • What's the song at the end?

  • What's the song at 1:54 when the guy picks up the phone?

  • does anyone know the song from 1:56?? pls help!

  • what does the ending mean?

  • Does anyone know the song from 1:39 that plays from a recorder?

  • ´What´s the name of the song at the END of the video?

  • Yeah, I kinda didn't like The Departed's ending, but I guess it was a twist of its own. The good thing about it is that it was unpredictable. Infernal Affairs and The Departed are both equally good movies.

  • yeah. and i think you feel a bit diferently about the departed becaause, it's set in boston. Here shit is only beautiful to a visitor, but once you get use to the cussing, the little or less racism andshit, then you're like, eh, it aint that fuckin bad.

  • o its ok, i found the soundtrack

  • Streetwise39 MATE ITS NOT A JAPANESE FILM

  • anyone know the ending song with the girl humming?

  • u can find it in the movie soundtrack... unfortunately, it has a chinese name to it

  • If you're talking about the track that plays from the beginning of this video, it's called Goodbye Soldier or Goodbye Policeman.

  • geez. i wish departed ended like this. departed was horrible. it was pretty much the example of one of the stupid hollywood remakes. well, this is my own opinion though.

  • The Departed is a remake of Infernal Affairs. Officially. Look it up if you don't believe me.

  • could anybody tell me, ..ehm is ifnernal affairs 3 a good film?

  • It is but I won't compare it with 1 and 2,as all three movies are of different style and serve different purpose in explaining the story.

  • anyone know the song at the ending?

  • Goodbye Policeman Goodbye (see a tracklisting for the OST) sung by Fiona Fung.

  • Infernal Affairs was an Hong Kong Movie not from Japan. (Ps.: Departed was a like-reamke Film, it won serveral Oscars. But the off-voice at the Oscar Evening also says that it was a Japanese Movie. It was fals. Matrin Scorsese says in his Speach after he won the Oscar that this was a HK movies. And the Production Studios send a appologzise "card" next day to Media Asia, the orignial Production Studio how made the Orignal Infernal Affairs!!!)

  • the lsat bit where they meet at the store is a nice touch i really like every acpect in this trilogy

  • the song is goodbye master goodbye .... just search on this site u'll get it.

  • -. .. -.-. . / -- --- ...- .. .

  • Leon Lai spoiled the whole movie....he can't act.

  • He's got the same facial expressions throughout the movie which was good because you couldn't tell whether he really was a mole or not. I think his deception was done really well.

Anywho, very sad and touching ending. I love this trilogy.

  • What's the music to that movie? Beautiful music

  • anybody know that song at the begginging

  • Andy's role does have feelings for those who died - he's human too!

  • I hate that bastard's smile when Andy shot himself.

  • yes jiminez, dunno why scorsese bothered

  • ?? how come its so long?! the 1 saw must be censored.

  • you might have saw the version that's on my youtube, view my youtube to see.

  • awesome trilogy but they should have done a better job with the bullet wounds

  • agreed haha that part bothered me a lot.

  • it;s hk cinema thats already realistic

  • Must you delete my comment?

  • uhh sorry i don't remember that i deleted anything, maybe by accident? you're welcome to repost what you want though

  • Excuse me, have you ever saw anybody got shot in RL before? Maybe if their head should squirt out blood like crazy just like in the movies? Which Direction blood should spill? You don't know which effect is real, why this one must be fake?

  • It indeed doesn't look real, if you get shot in the head, most like that your eyes would look kinda popped.

I used to own 4 guns, and now, 2, but I have never shot anyone to know it should look like.

  • @djcritikalmusik What's wrong with the bullet holes?

  • @SomethingAwesome19XX there would have been more blood, bone and meat mass everywhere if it was more realistic.

I'm perfectly fine with how they showed it in the film however. The was darkness in the film came from the characters, it wasn't needed in the violence.

  • @700gsteak Have you seen a real gunshot wound before? There isn't always alot of blood and gore. I've watched real videos of gunshot wounds before and i think they got it pretty close.

  • @SomethingAwesome19XX lol why ask then if you think you know so much.

  • interesting ending but it is actually in cantonse langauge so wrong one.

  • the only guy who speaks mandarin is the guy from mainland china, the rest are all speaking cantonese

  • one of best movies ever!!

  • 兄弟,有些是还是要去做的。。。

  • Anyone know what dialect the guy in the cemetery scene is speaking with? Sounds different from the rest of the actors...

  • It's mandarin (the guy with the sunglasses)

  • That's gotta be a different dialect or accent of the main mandarin language? Unless I have been hearing an obscure dialect of mandarin all my life!

  • I think the dude's dialect sounds pretty normal haha. But who knows. I can understand him pretty clearly, sounds like average mandarin person to me.

  • Damn, this movies are so good!
