  • Brandon Sanderson- The way of kings. its a two parter but a great read. its had mixed reviews but i loved it! love to hear what you think :)

  • @SamiJReads you need to read the last in the trilogy, so many twists! turns the story on its head! :)

  • SPOILER!! My favorite character in this book has got to be Oreseur. I loved him being a wolfhound. Even though he turned out to be the spy, did not see that one coming though, I even suspected Elend at one stage. When are you doing a review of the last book?

  • @321Fidget I think OreSeur being a wolfhound made his character more amazing than any of the other characters.

I'm still debating on when I want to review the last book, haha. Probably sometime soon though :)

  • Book One SPOILER! Vin annoys me!!!!!!! I'm so sorry! Maybe because Kelsier died and I couldn't get over it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like WTF!!!! Anyway, I'm at the beginning (like page 60 of this book) and I'm super stoked to meet this Watcher!

  • @h0neybunn69 Haha, it took a while to get past Vin's quiet and suspecting persona. I personally connected with her a little bit because I have been a wallflower in situations that I don't know anyone, heh.

Elend's watcher is pretty cool :D It also helps with leading into the role of the watchers in the third book :D

  • Oreseur was awesome in this! I know that he was in the first but something about Vin feeding him a wolfhound body she was carrying over her shoulder was just too crazy. I really felt that more than anything, this novel made him a more interesting character as opposed to the blank slate he was in the first.

This one did drag a bit, it was all interesting to me but I had some long pauses during my reading of this unlike the first where I read it in two days flat.

  • @samspadena I loved that wolfhound body! When she came up with the idea I was stoked to see what would happen; especially when she went to get the wolfhound.

And yes, the pausing was frequent in my reading of it too. I pretty much forced myself to read to get to the sparring scenes with Zane and anything that involved something other than Elend fumbling around with the politicians.

  • Keep up the good work. I am surprised such good review has so little views.

  • @chi3x10 Thank you ^_^ Sometimes the views come in fast and sometime they're a little slower. Either way, I've been excited for seeing so many people enjoy the reviews :)

  • I watched a video and your video was on the side.. I just had to say that you are cute/hot. Now to watch the video!

    Ok, 4:11. Cute haha.

After thoughts, lets add some awesome into what I said about you before. Well played Ms.Sir!

  • @NinjaOnANinja Thank you ^_^ It's a compliment I hear frequently, but it's still nice to hear. And the fluffy unicorn is AMAZING!

  • @SamiJReads Well that's good. I am glad the internet perverts that think anything with boobs is hot hasn't gotten to your head like it does for most cute chicks online ; D

I might check out mo of your profile when I get a chance ; D

  • @NinjaOnANinja Haha, thank you ^_^ If I was back in high school, it would probably go straight to my head, ha!

  • @SamiJReads That might be true lol You have gained +5 internets for that one ; D

  • @NinjaOnANinja Haha, yes! I will be valuable to the group when making internet appearances.

  • @SamiJReads Like you were not already ; )

  • i had to stop the video because i just started reading the first mistborn.

and i should say thanks for the suggestion!

  • @DJbacktrack Haha, you're welcome ^_^ Let me know what you think about the first book when you finish :D

  • Awesome review! You can try Joe Abercrombie's First Law trilogy. Friggen loved it.

  • @lexxeii Just added it to the list :D Now to obtain a copy.

  • I finished this series about a month ago. I wasn't sure if it'd be any good because the first was practically a series in itself, but it was suuuper awesome. I adored the new characters (Zane & OreSeur? Yeah? Yeeeeah? :D). Can't wait to hear your thoughts on the third book~~~

  • @aculea Naaaaah, it's all about TenSoon :P.

  • @aculea The first can easily stand alone on its own. The second doesn't require the first to be read in full, but I would still recommend reading the trilogy in order because so much can be explained. Haha, I was torn with Zane. He was cool, but he was not cool....soooo a cool emo? Heh. And OreSeur and TenSoon: AMAZING!!!!

  • I loved this series, but I agree. Of the three, this was my least favorite. I'm just not into all the political stuff. The one that died... T_T

  • @guinluvsc Yes, the one that died *sniff sniff*

  • @SamiJReads But the one that died is joined by a few more in the next two and gets a scene in the third :D.

  • @enochbranard Sorta gets a scene ;) But I was so crazed when that happened, haha.

  • If you don't already, you should hang out on r/fantasy and r/mistborn on reddit

  • @k2812lim I'll check it out. So far registration keeps telling me the username is either taken or I've been registering too many times and have to wait eight minutes, haha

  • @k2812lim Finally made the note that the email was optional, so I while I was waiting for a confirmation email, I never got one until I made the thought that I did have the username, haha.

  • @SamiJReads Brandon hangs out a bit there, so try not to have a geek-freak-out

  • @k2812lim Haha, I'll do my best.
