The wife and kids went to visit her mother over the Fourth of July weekend. Did I guess that one right George? Six gallons of beer wouldn't last five days here. I would have to make a new batch twice a week just to keep production ahead of consumption. I can blame some of it on my son, usually I blame way more on him than he is guilty of though.

You do have fun. I like to play with different hops, yeast, and additional grains. I also use a secondary fermentation. In a glass carboy . You were one of those that inspired me to begin home brewing , so thanks and keep up the good work.
