@shoobydoo52 I was a bit fat and now iam doing a program3/7 days my main training exercise and between those 3 days other 3 days of light exercise like 10 min of run not full run just slow runing /10 min of fast walking and few reps from some random exercises and 5 min of bike in the last difficulty. I doing this like 2months and what iam really interesting is about my belly because i have still fat in my low part of the belly and i was wondering how long will it take me until i can see my abs

I don't have any one exercise that I attribute to the shape, the actual shape of abs is a genetic thing, everyone has a unique shape to their abs, however to get lean enough to see them is all about making the right eating choices every single day, staying focused on my goal and also progressively training with weights and cardio leading into the show. It's a combination of all these that allows me to get in show shape.

@jody802202 Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym! It's all about proper nutrition, everyone has abs not everyone will see them because they won't get their body fat low enough.
