Instead of Fed Gov coming up with programs in education how about states require teaching excellence? Sick and tired of these Fed Gov programs (not all) that cost billions and go nowhere. Maybe the Gov should take these funds give it to states and let the states take care of the educational system...Gov fails again!

You dont know it is not his fault it is the GLOBAL economy and for the past several days things have been pretty fucked up here and over there and there and there and there and there. Get it, got it? Moody's and Fitch still rate U.S. T-Bonds as AAA. The U.S. dollar has been strengthening since the end of QE 2, not weakening. Higher interest rates for loans is a possibility, but if it happens it will over time, not immediately. Although Obama has some blame for the economic slowdown, it's not all his fault.
