What sometimes makes me sad is how we usually cannot help unless we donate money.I mean, sadly in this world is ALL about the money.And rarely about giving your time to freely help.I understand the money is needed, and I do help whenever is possible.But what about when I can't?I am someone who prefers to go out there and actually help and see that I am helping.But sadly, that is not something that works that easily(for many reasons).I donate when and if I can. Many campaigns lend themselves to other methods as well...ie. sign petitions, write letters, etc. You can learn more on our website.
You can also help in small everyday ways, such as sharing links on social media, passing emails along to your friends and family, and making good choices in your day-to-day life.

Again I totally support this cause, but find it VERY hard to believe a donkey can rationalize that his mother was worked to death, or that a puppy carries emotional scares from his/her sisters being drowned.

I think we can all agree about supporting the end of animal cruelty, however this ad is a wee bit "over the top."
Again I totally support this cause, but find it VERY hard to believe a donkey can rationalize that his mother was worked to death, or that a puppy carries emotional scares from his/her sisters being drowned.
It gets the point across, however it's just a pinch above bombastic in the delivery.

@TheGunnerpup Just because an animal can't speak our language doesn't mean he can't rationalise things like how his mother was killed or siblings were drowned.
We humans have the annoying habit to think that if it can't speak, it doens't have emotions and/or the ability to think.

I'm such an animal lover and to see animals like this makes me cry!!
i dont understand why people would want to hurt a poor animal!!
And the thing is they cant do anything to stop it they cant be like hey your really hurting me PLEASE STOP!!
they just sit there and take it becuase they cant protect them selfs!!
PLEASE HELP THESE POOR ANIMALS!
everyday animals get abused so please donate &10 a month and help them please!!!!!!

I think the work you guys do is brilliant. Really brilliant. However, I hate to say it, but the TV ad just uses the same old formula and runs the risk it will suffer sympathy fatigue. Sorry. Respect the fact that supporters are emotionally smarter than that. Nick Honey

This is sad and it reminds me of a story I read in school the other day....I wish they made students in highschools more aware that animal cruelty exists and that organizations like the WSPA need the support.
